Great work Tibs. Just saying hello and browsing your gallery. Do you ever make art of more than one person on the same canvas (e.g. Roenick/Chelios/Belfour, 1961 Team photo, or perhaps a Toews/Kane) ?

In the past I've always been commisioned by an individual player. I really don't want to reproduce a team photo and would probably run into ethical if not legal issues in terms of someone else's copyrighted work. If there's a common theme to the guys being together (like Toews and Kane's youth or a group celebrating a goal, for example) I'd probably think about doing the artwork just for the possiblity of making prints from it. The short answer is no, but the probabilty is yes in the near future. Great question! Good luck in the contest!

Several Subjects in one piece
Thanks! and...Yes I do, but not often, because it used to make it tough to decide who got the piece! I probably will do more since I'm trying to feature more of the emotion and thrills of the game like big hits and goal celebrations.

Jerry -- Good luck on your new venture -- looks top notch. I was just watching your gallery of pictures move across the screen and saw a picture of John Stanco. I worked with him for a lot of years -- couldn't find a bigger fan of the Blackhawks -- speaking about fans -- Richie was so impressed with his print. I hope that this site opens up your world to sports fans all across the country. Years ago I was privileged to see a portrait you did of a mother and her then two children, you did it as a gift from a husband to his wife as a Christmas present. Thanks! John Stanko is actually featured in my Tibstra Studio Video on the Home page. If you ever have a couple of minutes to spare check it out. The print store should be up and running in just a couple of days. Increasing the print runs has brought a lot of prices down so send Richie over sometime to check what's available in the store. I'll be including more 'personal' and family images and a LOT more sports themed art will go up as I get time to prep the images for the site.
